Tips From a Lifelong Messy

Assign yourself some manageable number of tasks to be completed before taking a mental break.

Example:

Unload dishwasher
Start laundry
Make bed

Read a book to the kids.

Cycle through for a set amount of time...then switch to the converse.

Read a book
Play chase
Sing a song

Switch over the laundry

Cycle through for a set amount of time...
